We have dozens of muscles in our face, it is important to keep these muscles strengthened and toned. Keeping these muscles subtle helps to increase the flow of blood and lymph and therefore improves skin tone and awakens areas that may have got restricted and lifeless!
So, my first tip is for the lip area and laughter lines
Pucker up your lips as much as you can and do 10 ‘air kisses’, this is a great mood enhancer too!
