Attended this advanced and deep tissue massage course June of last year. Excellent course put on by The School of Natural Therapies. It’s great to practice on an intuitive level and I’m always grateful for deeper knowledge and expertise.

Excuse the pun, I couldn't help myself! 🌞 You may have seen that I'm holding onto summer vibes by wearing summer dresses this September and I have my reasons.. 👗 Wearing a dress makes me feel happy and somehow lighter. Maybe that's why I love the feeling of late summer, quieter beaches, warm ish air and that lovely sense of the season turning. 🍂 But I do love Autumn and particularly the feeling of new beginnings.. I get the same feeling in January, the buzz of getting things done and achieving. 🚩 But even as I'm writing this I sense the red flag waving at me in the corner of my mind. Wait a minute, take a breath, don't get ahead of yourself, you're still the same person you were in August.
